We are the premier catering service in Temecula and Lake Elsinore areas. Our catering services include on site cooking, buffet style service, & assistance with  rental equipment and entertainment.

Whether your special event is in Temecula, Lake Elsinore or anywhere in Southern California, our Santa Maria style grill and Texas size "Big Red" Smoker combined with our own tangy BBQ sauce and perfectly grilled and smoked meats have been a hit at weddings, company picnics, wineries, mountain retreats, family reunions, amusement parks, concerts, and backyard parties, as well as fairs, festivals, car shows, & rodeo's. Our BBQ catering and concessions operation is fully self contained and can serve groups up to 5000 people.
